Elliott Company (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting Kenneth Shipley (Claimant) workers' compensation benefits for hearing loss.
